Upon booking your FIRST service with Rocky Mountain Manes, you will receive an email containing the "Rocky Mountain Manes LLC Intake Waiver & Policies" form. This form contains the cancellation policy, guest and salon expectations, SMS disclosure, card on file requirement, along with other important information.

***The "Rocky Mountain Manes LLC Intake Waiver & Policies" form must be signed and submitted prior to receiving ANY service/s at Rocky Mountain Manes.***
Failure to complete this form will result in automatic denial and removal of the requested appointment.
